Meanwhile, the AfroGastro Festival will celebrate Ghanaian and African cuisine through exhibitions, culinary showcases, cultural performances, and educational activities.
Tourism officials believe the programmes will help preserve cultural heritage while creating opportunities for young creatives, photographers, chefs, and entrepreneurs.
Industry stakeholders have welcomed the initiative, describing cultural tourism as a growing sector capable of generating employment and attracting foreign visitors.
The Ministry says the projects will also encourage younger generations to develop a deeper appreciation for Ghana’s diverse cultural traditions.
As preparations continue, organisers expect strong participation from schools, cultural institutions, tourism operators, and creative industry professionals across the country.
